Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager International Business to join our team in Mumbai. This mid-level, full-time position requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate should excel in sales and marketing, new business development, and other essential skills to expand our global footprint.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales and Marketing (Mandatory skill): Proven expertise in driving sales and creating successful marketing strategies.
  • New Business Development (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership qualities to guide and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Sales Management: Experience in managing sales operations and ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and maintain beneficial relationships with international clients.
  • International Marketing: In-depth understanding of global marketing strategies and consumer behavior in various regions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve international sales targets and market expansion goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners across different regions.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes and customer needs in target markets.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to execute sales strategies and initiatives effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with international clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to international clients.
  • Participate in industry events and trade exhibitions to network and promote the brand.
