Position: LMS AdministratorLocation: Pune, MH (Onsite)Description:Primarily the resource needs to have good experience in SAP Litmos environment.Required Experience / Responsibilities:Daily monitoring and processing of LMS change requests submitted through Quick Base tickets, email requests, Digital Gradebook Rosters and Departure Notices. Timely processing of LMS changes is essential to achieving SLA.LMS changes include but are not limited to reactivating/deactivating user profiles, enrolling/unenrolling users from Courses or Learning Paths in Litmos.Ability to create bulk import files using LMS user metadata required fields in order to process large change requests with a high level of accuracy.Consistently document all LMS change requests and pertinent details in Consolidated Litmos tracker.Research and escalate LMS issues to the right parties as needed, with a sense of urgency.
