Senior Finance Executive

We are looking a Senior Finance Executive with strong accounting and financial management skills to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should be a B.Com or M.Com graduate with 2–5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or taxation, preferably with exposure to working in a CA firm.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring timely and accurate work delivery.- Manage accounting operations and finalize financial statements.- Handle direct and indirect tax filings, including GST and TDS compliance.- Conduct internal and statutory audits and prepare related reports.- Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency and accuracy.- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.Key Requirements:- Qualification: B.Com or M.Com.- Experience: 2–5 years in accounting, audit, taxation, or financial reporting (experience in a CA firm preferred).- Strong proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, and MS Excel.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a small team.Preferred Experience:- Prior experience in a CA firm or financial consulting firm.- Exposure to multiple client accounts across industries.- Understanding of Indian accounting and taxation laws.If you are a detail-oriented finance professional seeking growth and responsibility, we invite you to apply for this role.
