The candidate should be skilled in delivering scalable, secure solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop and customize using Apex, LWC, Visualforce , and Salesforce APIsConfigure objects, workflows, validation rules, flows , and approval processesHandle integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs & middlewareWork with stakeholders to gather and translate requirementsEnsure adherence to Salesforce best practices & coding standardsManage deployments and release cycles using CI/CD toolsStay current with Salesforce updates and recommend improvementsRequired Skills:5–8 years in Salesforce developmentStrong in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSSSolid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rulesExperience with integration tools (Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Boomi – a plus)Hands-on with DevOps tools (Copado, Git, ANT, etc.)Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory) ; Dev II preferredExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
