Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Sales Manager
, located in
Alwar, Rajasthan
.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Expand retail footprint from existing counters to new markets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with trade partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and suggest strategies accordingly.
  • Train, guide, and motivate sales representatives to achieve performance goals.
  • Implement trade marketing schemes, offers, and promotions.
  • Regularly track sales performance and provide MIS reports to management.
  • Ensure on-time collections and effective credit management.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to fulfill orders.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in FMCG sales (spices or food industry preferred).
  • Strong distributor/retailer network and market understanding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
