It is designed as an excellent entry point for graduates in IT and related fields to build a strong career in global business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Sales Enquiry & Lead SupportManage and track business enquiries from international clients and channel partners.Ensure timely follow-up and backend support for bulk IT product deals.Enterprise & Partner CoordinationProvide backend support for enterprise customers and overseas partners.Assist with order processing, quotations, and large-volume transactions.Sales Data & ReportingPrepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.Share insights to help improve sales conversion and client service.Customer Database & CRM SupportMaintain accurate databases of international clients and resellers.Support CRM adoption and reporting for business teams.E-commerce & Product SupportAssist with business-oriented product listings and digital channels.Support initiatives to strengthen international e-commerce presence.Market Insights & Cross-SellingCollect customer feedback for continuous improvement.Identify opportunities for upselling and add-on solutions.QualificationsBCA, Networking, IT graduates, and B.
