Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the director of the company. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote environment. This is a work-from-home opportunity, and the candidate must be available to work according to Australian time zone (06:00 am to 3:00 pm)Morning shift
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the director.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders via email, phone, and video conferencing.
Writing Skills:
Execute the drafting and meticulous proofreading of emails, letters, and assorted documents with unwavering accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, contribute to content creation endeavors, encompassing the development of blog posts, articles, and social media updates as dictated by business needs. Embrace active involvement in various projects, leveraging each opportunity for continual learning and professional development as an integral component of the role.
Time Management:
Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely completion of projects.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation, as required.
Adaptability:
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling evolving priorities and tasks.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions accordingly.
Confidentiality:
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion and professionalism.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good Education Background with good grades and GPA
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in time management and able to work efficiently in a remote setting.
Proficient in technical side of MS Excel and Office
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the director.
Familiarity with Australian culture and business practices is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Working Hours:
Full-time position, with flexibility required to work according to Australian time zone 6am to 3pm
