Zycus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing end-to-end products using Angular, Java, Node.js, and Express and stays hands on. You will lead the development efforts for cutting-edge software solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software products from end to end.
Develop and maintain robust front-end and back-end components using Angular, Java, Node.js, and Express .
Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through regular code reviews and testing.
Lead the architectural discussions and contribute to the development of technical roadmaps.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and integrate them into development processes where applicable.
Lead a team of developers in creating end-to-end products, providing technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6-10 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on Angular, Java, Node.js, and Express.
Proven experience in leading and delivering end-to-end software products.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Proficiency in back-end development, including RESTful APIs and server-side logic.
Experience with database design and management (SQL/NoSQL).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Proven experience in leading a team for developing end-to-end products.
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
