We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Head to lead for the Partner Office (PO) Channel / Alternate Partner Channel (APC) in given region. This role demands strong leadership, business development skills, and a deep understanding of Life Insurance agency distribution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through the Alternate Personal Channel (APC) in the assigned area.
  • Lead and manage a team of Agency Development Managers (ADMs) and Unit Managers (UMs).
  • Recruit, train, and develop frontline sales managers and agents.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business targets (premium, persistency, productivity).
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and distribution partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Experience : Minimum 7 years in Life Insurance with Agency Channel with atleast 2 years in team handling roles.
  • Experience in APC / PO / Agency channel is highly preferred.
