This is a full-time Senior Food Technologist role at Amreno India Pvt Ltd in Delhi/NCR with flexibility for some remote work.The Senior Food Technologist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to food product development, quality control, and compliance with food safety regulations.The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting research, and leading projects to innovate and improve food products.Modify existing products and processes and develop new onesCheck and improve safety and quality control procedures in your own and suppliers' factories, from the raw material stage to the finished productResearch current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new product conceptsSelect raw materials and other ingredients from suppliersPrepare product costings based on raw materials and manufacturing costs to ensure profitable productsRun trials of new products - either alongside or together with product developmentCompile, check and approve product specifications and labellingConduct experiments and produce sample productsDesign the processes and machinery for making products with a consistent flavour, colour and texture in large quantitiesEnsure products are profitable.Adhere the products meets or manufactured as per the Fssai guidelines.Qualifications

BE/BTech/MTech or

any other relevant disciplineMinimum 5-10 Years of Experience as Food Technologist in Syrups, Crushes, Frappe, Chocolate Sauce, Cocoa Powder processing and Manufacturing ( preferred)Strong Knowledge of beverage Applications, Formulations, manufacturing processes & Troubleshooting.Experience with market products manufacturing processes and Development, Research and DevelopmentStrong background in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fieldExperience in food product development, quality control, and food safety regulationsKnowledge of food processing techniques, ingredients, and flavor profilesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and project management skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentAdvanced degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field is a plusCertifications in food safety and quality control are desirable
