Job Description

The purpose of this role is to lead the implementation of packaging solutions that enhance product packaging to keep the company ahead of industry standards, ensure quality, regulatory standards and drive sustainability innovations.

Packaging Development : Design and develop packaging for Automotive Aftermarket products to ensure safe delivery of the product to the customer.

Packaging Data Management : Create packaging bill of material, material codes and ensuring part release within the agreed turn around time for sales.

Artwork Release :Create and release of artwork in strict adherence to BOSCH design guidelines and legal metrology requirements with collaborative effort with an artwork agency and cross functional team for timely release of the product.

Quality Complaints and Packaging Improvisation :Address quality complaints and enhancing packaging for enhancing customer experience.

Sustainable Packaging : Implement sustainable packaging solutions as per the country regulations to reduce carbon footprint for BOSCH.

Packaging Innovation: Design and develop innovating packaging to improve customer acceptability or to reduce cost for sales and marketing.

Anti Counterfeit Solutions: Explore and implement anti counterfeit solutions for customer to differentiate between genuine and spurious products.

Escalation Management: Address queries and issues related to packaging IT systems for Plants.

Invoice to Pay : Validate the service invoices for the artwork agency as per agreement.

Qualifications

Post graduate diploma in packaging from IIP or equivalent institute 

2-3 years of working experience in handling packaging preferably in the Automobile industry.

Advanced knowledge in supply chain and physical logistics.
