
Pre-Sales Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our real estate sales team. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining property details, and setting up site visits for prospective buyers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to build relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's database or lead sources.
- Explain property features, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients.
- Generate interest and schedule site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with sales executives to ensure smooth client handling.
- Maintain professional relationships with potential clients to build long-term trust.
- Share regular feedback and market insights with the management team.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills in (English / Hindi / Local Language).
- Persuasive, confident, and energetic personality.
- Strong listening skills and ability to handle customer queries.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (real estate experience preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
