About the role:
dentsu X Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Head - Integrated Planning. This role requires a seasoned professional with a robust background in offline and digital media planning, and a deep understanding of the media ecosystem to effectively manage client relationships and meet their expectations. The purpose of this role is to lead client conversations for South clients, provide support to the senior team, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and to plan.

The purpose of this role is to:
Effectively runs the day-to-day planning on key accounts.
Coordinate performance campaigns & ensure timely deliveries.
Builds and develops media owner relationships in order to drive market leading planning for clients.
Works with other departments to ensure a campaign goes live on time through the use of best practice and adherence to Service Level Agreement’s.
Uses understanding of commercial opportunities and trading focuses to ensure investment is guided towards the most appropriate partners.
Understand business outcomes from the client / meet clients from initial discussion.
Create a compelling plans which includes media strategy and execution plan to drive the business outcomes
Present the plan and drive new campaign closures.
Developing innovative solutions to continuously position as a cutting edge source for integrated media strategy.
Create offline media strategy and campaign plans (propose, iterate as needed, and secure approval from clients)
A bit about you:
Depth of thinking, and Storytelling/narrative quality
presentation skills which communicate business outcomes (Strategic and not just tactical plans)
Ability to connect with digital Performance teams.
presenting strategic digital media plans based on sound analytics, supported by data.
3+ years of experience working in Ecom clients.
Team player
Thinks Strategically & digital first.
Regional language proficiency in Malayalam (understand or comprehend)
Monthly client visits to Kerala might require.
