Guest Service Associate – Munjoh Resorts (Havelock & Port Blair)

About the Role
Be the face of Munjoh Resorts. We need doers – quick, proactive, fluent in English – who make every guest feel special.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest check-in & check-out
  • Handle requests, feedback & complaints smoothly
  • Coordinate with F&B, housekeeping & activities teams
  • Keep records & reports accurate
  • Anticipate needs before guests ask

Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken & written) – must
  • Prior hotel/resort guest service experience preferred
  • Confident personality, problem-solving attitude
  • Computer basics (emails, reports)
