  • A curious, creative designer who can craft compelling stories and build distinct visual personality for our brands who are on a hyper growth journey from 100-500 Cr over the next 24 months
  • An artist with the power to delight consumers through captivating packaging
  • A pro at spearheading a battalion of creative assets both for our online and offline consumer touchpoints
  • A master of hypnotic branding magic on social media that can influence a brand's perception more effectively than a macro influencer

What You Will Do:

  • Structure, define and own our brand identity: Craft captivating narratives and visuals that help express who we are as a brand
  • Allocate your time :
  • 50% creating captivating brand narratives and visuals
  • 20% strategic planning to ensure alignment with our vision
  • 10% engaging copywriting that resonates with our audience
  • 20% research and collaboration to stay ahead of trends and innovations
  • Guide a team: We have charted your growth path in the org so that you don’t have to. Transition into a team lead role within the next 12 months, directing our talented designers and copywriters.
