Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing / Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives, and coordinating the implementation of marketing strategies to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing, preferably within the B2B IT or services sector, and a passion for driving success through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
·      Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships, and understanding their business needs and objectives.
·      Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to their goals, including but not limited to creatives, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
·      Work closely with internal teams, including content creators, designers, developers, and analysts, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
·      Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
·      Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize client campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
·      Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to clients.
·      Actively contribute to business development efforts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations.
Qualifications
·      Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
·      6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing and preferably within the IT or services sector.
·      Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering results-driven digital marketing campaigns.
·      Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tactics, and tools, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
·      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with clients and internal teams.
·      Highly organized with exceptional project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
·      Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.
·
·      Agency experience is a plus.
