Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, creating job descriptions, posting job ads, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate pipeline. The Recruiter will also be involved in negotiating job offers and onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  • Strong skills in job description creation, job posting, and candidate screening
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage the candidate pipeline and handle multiple roles simultaneously
  • Experience in negotiating job offers and onboarding new employees
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the recruitment industry or relevant sectors is a plus
