We are seeking a dynamic B2B marketer in a role at the center of the action. This growth marketer will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts of ETML. The ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of business and technical acumen, a big-picture vision, and a growth mindset. They will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic marketing initiatives to build the brand name, and enabling our sales team to drive high quality leads with an aim to drive topline for the company.
This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the growth marketing industry to effectively engage our target audience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive Content marketing strategies to increase company and its expertise’s awareness and positioning within the performance & growth marketing industry. Develop, implement, and report on the content plan (both organic & paid) for the agency and work with cross-functional partners to publish, extend, and connect content across channels.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and social media that can act as a lead magnet among the D2C and large enterprise ecosystem
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels to drive lead generation and conversion, including PPC campaigns, SEM, and social media advertising. Overlook a complete advertising portfolio to acquire new users and generate leads through various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn
Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to track effectiveness, optimize ROI, and drive continuous improvement against the benchmarks both within India and the outside world
Lead the planning, creation, and production of creative assets and marketing collateral for paid marketing campaigns and social media accounts (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter)
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in the space of B2B SaaS/Services Marketing, growth marketing, and lead generation with a proven track record of leading growth initiatives
Graduation from top tier institute. MBA would be plus although not mandatory
Experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, branding, advertising would be an advantage along with an experience in content marketing working across different content types and channels. Other relevant experiences include blog articles, digital guides, research reports, SEO articles, thought leadership, video, podcast, and social media.
Candidate should be comfortable with advance data and measurement tools
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools, and dashboards to derive actionable insights.
Experience in marketing new services or products using all available channels that our target audience uses - all the way from podcasts to videos to events to ad campaigns
Proven written and verbal communication, with a knack to communicate complex ideas in easy to understand simple language
Deep understanding of B2B Services/agency business models, customer lifecycle, and digital marketing strategies.
Equally passionate about the analytical review of content performance as in the creative process of content creation. Excellent analytical skills with a command over Google analytics and similar tools would be preferred
Have a deep understanding of our services, markets and customers, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with teams across Business development, Delivery, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Analytics teams
