Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Regional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive student enrolments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and a deep understanding of the overseas education industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and attract students.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities in the study abroad industry.
- Align marketing strategies with the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media), content marketing, email marketing, and events.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content and materials that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand, ensuring a strong and consistent presence across all platforms.
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, and online content.
- Enhance the company’s online presence through effective use of social media, website management, and online advertising.
Partnerships and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with universities, educational institutions, and other partners to enhance marketing efforts and broaden our reach.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, media outlets, and other stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve better outcomes.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, counselling, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the education or consultancy sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
