Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 8+ years in marketing, preferably in the construction, engineering, or façade systems industry.

Skills: Sales driven, market analysis, customer acquisition, Strategic planning, team leadership, and target driven.

Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam.

Location: Ernakulam

(Preference for Keralites; other candidates must be willing to relocate to Ernakulam.)


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to drive brand growth and business objectives.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and project teams to support lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Lead and mentor the regional marketing team to achieve targets and improve efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Monitor marketing performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
