Business Associate (Two-Wheeler Loan, Digital Business)

Location: All over Bangalore locations available.
Experience Required: 6 months to 5 Years of experience in two-wheeler loan sales, Consumer durable loan.
Salary Range: 1.5L 3L per annum + Variable pay

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive loan and commerce sales centrally for OTOs digital business centered on two-wheelers
  • Coordinate with business and credit teams to drive loan conversions
  • Manage team leaders and their subordinates to ensure efficiency within the central sales team
  • Collaborate with the Training & Quality Assurance team to enhance the customer sales experience
  • Own the Sales P&L, managing monthly targets and results
  • Liaise with City Operations teams to maintain a seamless omnichannel experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in two-wheeler loan sales or consumer durable sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented

Salary & Benefits:

  • Fixed Salary: 18,000 25,000 per month in hand
