Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Back Office Executive
to support our day-to-day operations. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative processes, accurate documentation, and timely coordination between different departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and operational support tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchase orders, invoices, and stock levels.
- Assist in preparing reports for management on business performance.
- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and logistics partners for smooth order execution.
- Manage data entry, filing, and documentation related to finance, HR, and compliance.
- Support the Sales & Marketing team with backend requirements (reports, presentations, leads tracking, etc.).
- Monitor and update customer databases and ensure timely communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide general administrative assistance to management as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in back-office, administration, or operations (preferably in FMCG/food industry).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
