We are looking for a strategic and performance-focused Social Media Manager – Paid Media to lead our paid social initiatives and contribute to overall marketing success. This role is ideal for an experienced digital marketer who can translate business goals into high-impact paid social campaigns and lead cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable results.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Paid Social Strategy: Develop, manage, and scale paid social media strategies aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Campaign Oversight: Direct the end-to-end execution of paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
- Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (content, creative, product, and sales) to ensure paid social initiatives are aligned with overall brand strategy and customer journey.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance data to derive insights, optimize campaigns, and ensure strong ROI. Present clear reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Creative Direction: Guide the development of compelling, on-brand ad creatives—both visual and copy—that engage and convert targeted audience segments.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to proactively adjust strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation and optimization of spend across platforms.
- Leadership & Innovation: Act as a thought leader in paid social media, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across all major platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and media planning.
- Experience working with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and creative acumen.
- 3-5 years of experience in paid social media, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
