Overview

The Team Manager shall have expertise in Application Maintenance Support with onshore captive clients and will be the single point of contact for the Operations Team. How you'll make an impact Excellent communication skills with strong focus on listening and probing Should have good knowledge of Change management, ITIL Processes and Application Development & Support Should have understanding of contract management and SLAs. Perform Project/CR resource management and benefit tracking, including maintaining a project/CR benefits register Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, and meeting deadlines. Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive and prioritized view of production Support Overall responsibility for 24x7 operations support. Direct and build (staff, train and maintain employee skill levels) ITIL based processes that troubleshoots, resolves and monitors customers application. Service Improvement plans and Governance for all customers within agreed SLA’s and MSA Compliance. Visualize and articulate problems and solutions, solve complex problems and concepts, and make disciplined decisions based on available information. Ensure that all support provisioning aligns with the IT strategic vision and user requirements. Take responsibility for the overall tech delivery management including budgeting and change management Create Service Level Dashboards for internal and external evaluation of Services on Weekly / Monthly and Quarterly reports To be able to lead the integration of technical and business processes across platforms Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, reporting and management. Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills; critical thinker with excellent judgment and articulation. Ability to communicate to audiences of different participants (, executives, clients, technical peers, non-technical professionals) and size. Knowledge of Application Security and applicable audit procedures. Experience making decisions quickly in difficult situations. Ability to take responsibility/ ownership for decisions, seeking advice where appropriate. About you Excellent analytical skills Time management, attention to detail, expectation setting and organizational skills to provide service management. A team player with good verbal and written communications skills Knowledge of Application Security and applicable audit procedure. Ability to manage software delivery services from IT Vendors. Mentoring and guiding the team to reach operational goals. Experience of working in the Insurance services industry with a fair understanding of technology Ability to analyze operational gaps. Major - Any Graduate or Post Graduate Insurance Certification is a plus Minimum 9 years of core IT experience into Application Support Maintenance with 2 years as a Manager
