Responsibilities

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Accounts Receivable with a minimum of 5 years of experience.Demonstrate expertise in Revenue Cycle Management within the healthcare sector.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in using accounting software and tools.Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Display the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Be capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.Show a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.Possess a bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field.Have experience in training and mentoring team members.

Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP)
