Job Profile: Manager - Talent Acquisition Industry: Data Center | Real Estate | EPC | Infrastructure Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai / PAN India Experience: 8 12 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring for Infrastructure/Data Center businesses. The role will focus on high-volume and niche hiring and partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable workforce solutions. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the organization's talent landscape, driving high-quality leadership and functional hiring. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end talent acquisition from workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer rollout to seamless onboarding. Execute volume, lateral, niche, and leadership hiring across corporate and site roles. Design and execute hiring strategies for Infrastructure, and Data Center projects across locations. Manage niche, lateral, and leadership hiring for both site-based and corporate roles, ensuring timely closures and quality hires aligned with business expectations. Drive project-based and fast-track hiring to meet aggressive construction and delivery timelines. Lead EPC recruitment across Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, Planning & Project Controls. Recruit site and corporate roles including Managers, Engineers, CXO level hiring, Niche hiring. Track recruitment KPIs such as TAT, cost per hire, vendor performance, and hiring efficiency. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate with business heads, project directors, and HR stakeholders to align hiring plans with business goals. Manage recruitment vendors and consultants for niche and bulk hiring. Track hiring SLAs, recruitment metrics, and dashboards. Process Systems & Compliance Utilize ATS, HRIS, and recruitment dashboards to maintain accurate MIS and reporting. Drive recruitment process improvements and digital transformation initiatives. Ensure compliance, documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities. Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Strategic Hiring. Proven experience in EPC, Infrastructure, and Data Center recruitment environments. Hands-on experience leveraging modern recruitment technologies, including AI-driven hiring tools, digital interview platforms, data-backed insights, and recruitment dashboard management. Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities. Ability to deliver hiring results in fast-paced, project-driven environments. Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent. Engineering background preferred for Data Center/EPC/Infrastructure hiring. Why Join Us?
