Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Operation Executive who is fluent in Hindi to manage day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and support the administrative functioning of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Answer calls and communicate with clients/customers, especially Hindi-speaking
  • Maintain files and records, both digital and physical
  • Assist in procurement and inventory control
  • Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and support staff
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on attendance, supplies, and office expenses
  • Assist management in scheduling and logistics

Requirements:

  • Gender: Both (preferred for field-related or travel duties)
  • Languages: Fluency in Hindi and basic English; Tamil is a plus
  • Minimum qualification: HSC or any Degree
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
  • Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
