**Customer Communication & Sales Support Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend and manage **incoming phone calls** from customers with a polite and professional attitude.
- **Maintain and update monthly sales records** from WhatsApp inquiries, online orders, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with the **sales and operations teams** to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Provide **basic product information**, assist customers with their queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer feedback or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Keep detailed and organised records of communication and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in customer service, sales coordination, or communication-related roles.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** in English
- Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Any degree** (Graduation in any discipline).
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
