We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Mumbai team.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing:Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top sales talent.Develop strong relationships with industry professionals and build a robust talent pipeline.Screening and Interviewing:Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' suitability for the role.Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates.Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.Offer Negotiation and Closing:Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages.Close candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.Employer Branding:Contribute to Upgrad's employer branding efforts by promoting our company culture and values.Data Analysis and Reporting:Track key metrics and generate regular reports on recruitment activities.Analyze data to identify trends and optimize recruitment strategies.

Preferred candidate profile3-4+ years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably in the EdTech industry.Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to assess candidates skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.
