Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate - LLB, CA at Kevin Shah & Associates in Mumbai. The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling legal matters, providing expert advice and opinions, conducting research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, participating in client meetings and negotiations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- LLB and CA qualification
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Indirect Taxation and International Trade & Customs
- Experience in handling legal matters, providing expert advice, and conducting legal research
- Excellent drafting and reviewing skills for legal documents
- Ability to participate in client meetings and negotiations
- Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in litigation is a plus
