Job Purpose:
The New Store Opening - Manager will take control of a New Store and oversee the day to day operations for 7 Days / 15 Days, Ensure Pre – Launch readiness of store, Stocking, Branding, scanning for Sale & stock reconciliation, Training Store Managers / Store Owners on how to make best use of APX & for optimizing operational efficiency. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Poojara Stores -Standard Operating Process, Should be good at computer operating skills to manage APX and other technical process meant to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining standard operating process.
Location:
Ratlam, Ujjain, Bhopal, Jabalpur.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.
Sales & Business Growth
· Train Store Manager / Owners to Develop and execute New / store-level sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
· Train Store Manager / Owners Identify and capitalize on local marketing opportunities to drive sales.
· Train Store Manager / Owners to Meet or exceed New Store Launch sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling.

Customer Experience Management
· Train Store Manager / Owners to ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained, addressing and resolving customer issues effectively.
· Train staff on customer interaction, product knowledge, and service excellence.

. Inventory & Stock Management
· Train Store Manager / Owners to Manage stock levels and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
· Train Store Manager / Owners to oversee stock rotation to minimize aging inventory and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely replenishments.

Team Leadership & Development
· Train Store Manager / Owners to Lead and mentor the store team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and collaboration.
· Train Store Manager / Owners to conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and identify development needs for team members.
5.
Store Operations & Compliance
· Train Store Manager / Owners to ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
· Train Store Manager / Owners maintain the store environment by overseeing cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
6.
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis
· Train Store Manager / Owners train Store Manager / Owners Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities, trends, and customer preferences.
· Train Store Manager / Owners to provide insights to senior management to help refine business strategies.

· Train Store Manager / Owners Manage to maintain relationships with key external stakeholders such as distributors, Fellow retail partners, and Walk-in clients.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Qualification
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 5 + years of retail management experience, preferably in telecom or electronics.
- Proven success in driving sales and managing store operations.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
