Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports to: Sales Director
Location: Bangalore
Role Overview
The Regional Head will lead IQueCap's business operations of Kerala, overseeing direct sales, franchise expansion, equity advisory, and CAP (Client Advisory Partner) distribution models. This role is critical to building a high-performing sales ecosystem, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth in line with the company's mission of becoming a trusted investment partner.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage team leads, franchise managers, equity managers, and CAP advisors of the Kerala region.
Drive revenue targets across all verticals: Direct Sales, Franchise, Equity, and CAP Advisory.
Ensure business development executives (BDEs) are trained and supported for client onboarding and relationship management.
Business Expansion
Execute strategies for franchisee development and ensure partner success.
Build a scalable CAP advisor model to drive client acquisition.
Explore new partnerships to strengthen IQueCap's presence in Kerala.
People & Performance Management
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales talent.
Establish clear OKRs & KPIs for zonal teams and ensure accountability.
Collaborate with HRBP for continuous learning and development programs.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure adherence to SEBI and other regulatory guidelines.
Work with quality specialists to standardize agreements and reduce errors.
Maintain strong governance around client data and documentation.
Reporting & Collaboration
Provide daily/weekly/monthly performance updates to the Sales Director and COO.
Collaborate with Finance for budgeting and revenue forecasting.
Work closely with Marketing to ensure region-specific campaigns align with sales objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA/PGDM or equivalent, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Finance.
8+ years of proven sales leadership experience in BFSI, Investments, Insurance, or related industries.
Fluency in Malayalam (spoken and written) is mandatory. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Kerala's financial and investment market dynamics.
Ability to scale teams, manage P&L, and drive multi-channel distribution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
