Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned and highly skilled Outdoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in sales and a deep understanding of the food and beverage landscape, particularly within high-end and diverse dining establishments. This role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate complex client relationships, drive substantial revenue growth, and contribute to the development of our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
•Strategic Market Penetration: Utilize extensive industry knowledge to identify, analyze, and penetrate new market segments within the bar and restaurant industry. Develop targeted strategies to expand our footprint in both established and emerging markets.
•High-Impact Client Acquisition: Leverage your network and experience to establish connections with key decision-makers in upscale bars, fine dining restaurants, and influential hospitality groups.
•Consultative Selling: Adopt a consultative sales approach, acting not just as a vendor but as a trusted advisor to your clients. Provide insights into industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive positioning that can help clients enhance their offerings and profitability.
•Contract Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead complex negotiations with an emphasis on creating win-win scenarios that secure long-term partnerships. Ensure that contracts are mutually beneficial, clearly structured, and aligned with company objectives.
•Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis: Stay at the forefront of industry developments, including emerging trends in dining, changes in consumer preferences, and competitor activities. Use this intelligence to refine sales strategies and proactively address market shifts.
•Event Participation and Networking: Represent the company at high-profile industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Use these opportunities to promote our brand, generate leads, and establish our presence as a leader in the market.
Qualifications :
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in sales or business management is a plus.
•4+ years of proven experience in outdoor sales, with a significant portion of that time spent within the bar, restaurant, or hospitality sectors.
•Extensive network within the food and beverage industry, particularly with high-end establishments.
•Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals and manage key accounts with high levels of satisfaction and retention.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable sales strategies.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging with C-suite executives and owners.
•Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to a flexible work schedule to meet client demands.
