Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive specializing in Power Sales to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. This full-time, junior position is based in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on power markets and renewable energy sectors. Qualifications and Skills Knowledge of power markets is a critical component of this role (Mandatory skill). Familiarity with renewable energy technologies to effectively drive sales initiatives (Mandatory skill). Experience with battery sales is essential for this position (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage customer relationships efficiently. Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts successfully. Ability to generate leads and pursue potential sales opportunities to expand the business. Experience in B2B sales strategy to effectively target and engage corporate clients. Understanding of contract management to ensure compliance and accuracy in sales agreements. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for sales of power solutions in assigned territories. Identify prospective clients in the power and renewable energy sectors and build strong relationships. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract execution, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on renewable energy and battery solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives. Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to remain competitive. Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth. Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth for the company.
