Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tender searching and bidding processes.
  • Coordinate with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Prepare and manage documentation in MS Word and Excel.
  • Support in proposal writing with clear and professional English.
  • Conduct market research for new business opportunities.
  • Handle basic tasks on government e-procurement portals (e.g., GEM, CPPP).
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates and comparisons.
  • Support senior management in day-to-day business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
  • Interest in government tenders, documentation, and business development.
