Role Overview
The Lead Generation Executive will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and converting potential leads into long-term clients for Kethak Group. Since this is a remote role, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while directly contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads across industries using LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and databases.
- Reach out to decision-makers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create and execute personalized outreach strategies to spark interest in Kethak Group's services.
- Qualify leads by understanding business challenges and matching them with our solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with the senior consulting team for further discussions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare weekly progress reports.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

- Startups looking to establish scalable operations and consistent client pipelines.

Compensation Structure
This role is completely incentive-driven, designed to reward performance and results. There is no fixed monthly salary. Instead, your earnings are directly tied to the value of clients you help bring to Kethak Group.
- You will earn up to 10% of the total billing amount for every client successfully closed from your leads.
- The exact percentage may vary depending on the type of service sold, client size, and the complexity of the engagement.
- Example Scenarios:
- If you bring in a client with a project valued at ₹3,00,000, you can earn up to ₹30,000.
- If you generate a corporate client deal worth ₹8,00,000, your earnings could be as high as ₹80,000.
- Multiple client closures in the same month mean compounded earnings with no upper limit.
- No cap on incentives — the more you sell, the more you take home.
- Payouts will be calculated after client billing is completed and cleared.
This structure ensures that motivated professionals have unlimited earning potential, directly proportional to their effort and success in generating quality leads.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.
- Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and motivation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset — eager to maximize earnings through performance.
