Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bilaspur, Chattisgarh, India. The Senior Manager will oversee the daily operations of facilities management and road sweeping services. Responsibilities include planning and managing projects, ensuring quality control, leading a team of professionals, and maintaining high standards of performance and safety. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for client communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Project Management and Team Leadership
  • Strong understanding of Facilities Management and Cleaning Services
  • Excellent Communication and Client Management skills
  • Knowledge of GPS Technology and Fleet Management
  • Ability to work on-site in Bilaspur, Chattisgarh, India
  • Experience in the municipal and commercial facilities sector is a plus
