Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Human Resources based in Mumbai. The Vice President of Human Resources will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. The role also involves nurturing a positive working environment, designing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, and overseeing employee benefit programs.

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
  • Experience with Employee Relations and Employee Benefits management
  • Proficient in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
