Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Pune. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective store management. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, handling customer service issues, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Proven experience in Store Management
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
- Experience in retail industry is an advantage
