Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Pune. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, including customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Additionally, the Store Manager will be tasked with ensuring the store meets its sales targets and providing an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficient in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Experience in the retail or food service industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
