Vidyard Lead – Project Winter CCEX:
The Vidyard Lead will be responsible for managing the separation and reconfiguration of Honeywell's Vidyard environment as part of the broader organizational split. This role will ensure smooth execution of tenant and user separation, video asset restructuring, and branding alignment, while maintaining continuity of video performance tracking and integration with downstream platforms.
• Lead the split of Vidyard tenants, users, and video libraries across the impacted organizations.
• Define and drive the asset migration approach, including folder restructuring and application of new branding standards.
• Partner with Marketing, IT, and platform teams to coordinate embed updates across websites, campaign tools, and other publishing platforms.
• Establish and oversee validation processes to confirm video tracking, analytics, and access controls function properly post-split.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Vidyard-related issues during the separation, escalating to Honeywell stakeholders or vendor support as needed.
• Document the updated Vidyard environment, governance model, and user guidelines for future state operations.
