We are seeking an accomplished Project Lead to oversee the delivery of IT projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has progressed from developer to lead and possesses strong technical, client management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Demonstrate expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, with a solid understanding of database design principles.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps for planning and tracking.
  • Foster effective communication with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations and resolve issues.
  • Implement and monitor quality processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Analyze risks, troubleshoot problems and provide technical guidance to teams.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, with extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in client management, quality processes and documentation.
  • Strong logical reasoning, analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience managing projects within fixed bid budgets and timelines.
