Role : Senior Business Analyst Experience Level : 3 to 6 yearsLocation : Mumbai / Bangalore (Hybrid)Roles & Responsibilities:Project Excellence:Manage project delivery, the team, customer relations, and manage project scope successfullySupport Project estimation process along with client stakeholders in defining scope, contribute in preparing statement of work including tasks, deliverables and milestonesIdentify relevant delivery best practices and imbibe the same in projectsManage project delivery, team and ensure positive customer relations with consistently high customer satisfaction scoreCollaborate with our diverse and global teams to deliver committed results to our clientsTechnical Understanding:Drive AI-driven engagements, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and governance frameworks.Good understanding of LLM-based solutions, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Agentic RAG, and Agent-driven workflowsManage cross-functional teams, including ML engineers, data scientists, software developers, and consultants to deliver AI solutionsCollaborate with client and internal stakeholders to define technical architecture, infrastructure requirements, and optimization techniquesProject Management Skills:Strong operational and stakeholder management skillsAdept at requirements gathering and translating the requirements to business outcomesHighlight risks, dependencies and align on mitigation strategies with the Project LeadMaintaining positive work environment & ensure career growth of the team membersTight Delivery execution and reporting to management team at client organization and at QuantiphiProven ability to run the projects adopting Agile methodologyStrong working experience with Project Management Tools such as JIRAStrong working experience with Google Workspace tools (G-Slides, G-Sheets, G-doc etc)
