Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Koramangala, Bengaluru for a Finance Executive. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Executive with 2 years of experience in finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable , and be proficient in Tally , Excel , and stakeholder communication .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage Accounts Payable transactions accurately and on time
  • Maintain records of vendor payments, invoices, and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
  • Use Tally for daily accounting operations and data entry
  • Prepare Excel reports and assist with financial analysis as required
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for payment-related queries
  • Assist with audits and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance/accounts role
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas)
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation:

The monthly salary for this role is ₹25,000 and may vary based on the candidate's experience and fit for the role.
