Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Coimbatore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and implementing strategies for business growth. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, analyzing market trends, preparing business proposals, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals, as well as tracking and reporting on the performance of business development initiatives.

  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Analytical skills for conducting market research and analyzing trends
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities
  • Proficiency in preparing business proposals and reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the relevant industry or sector is a plus
