Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Coimbatore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure that clients' needs are understood and met. The role requires conducting market research, developing business strategies, and preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Understanding of AI, ERP, and software development domains is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong skills in handling International clients
