Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Branch Managers and Marketing Officers, located in Ludhiana. The Branch Managers will oversee daily operations, staff management, and ensure that business objectives are met effectively. Marketing Officers will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and promoting ICFAI Group's educational programs to prospective students. Both roles require consistent interaction with students, faculty, and other stakeholders to drive enrollment and maintain high standards of service.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and staff management skills for Branch Managers
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for Marketing Officers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and data analysis
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Educational background in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the education sector is an advantage
