Job Description Executive Stores
OverallResponsibility:
To oversee the Stores Functions: Monitormaterial inward transaction & handling suppliers rejectionissue. Responsible for the physicalquantity of the material received fromSupplier/Subcontractor/Customer and dispatched from store toCustomer / Subcontractor / Scrap Dealer.Maintain all stock physically in System and Excel format &control on material issue to production &Subcontractor.
Keyjob role / duties /responsibilities:
Incoming Material Check documents received from the supplier arecorrect i.e. reference of PO No. Item Rate and Quantity sent TestReport attached Challan LR Invoice Bill of ladingetc. Incoming Material Material Unloadingunpack and check as per Challan / Inv. Check the condition ofmaterial received. In case the material got damaged duringtransportation or short supplied inform to the supplier Purchaseimmediately and take further action as directed bypurchase. After getting inward materialacceptance from QC store the material at appropriate location rackand bins etc. with acceptance tag and take the material in thesystem& fills Bin Card. Ensure thestock material is properly preserved from damage/spoil/leakage. Ensure inflammablesExplosive Corrosive; Fire catching material should be stored inisolated identified area. Maintain ScrapStores in proper condition and dispose the scrap with properdocument at regular frequency under the intimation to CFO andAdministration. Maintain daily inwardmaterial register in Excel. Maintain GRN asper PO (Supplier/Subcontractor/Customer) inERP. After Quality approval all bills withattached GRN print sent to Purchase A/c for billbooking
