This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Strategy and Business Development located in Bengaluru. The role involves creating and executing business development strategy, building strategic partnerships, conducting market analysis, and leading cross-functional teams. Some work-from-home is acceptable.
Qualifications

  • New Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Business Development skills
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business development strategies
  • Strong experience in creating and managing strategic partnerships
  • Market Analysis and Research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus

Certifications such as Certified Business Development Professional or Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) are beneficial. The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, detail oriented, and able to build relationships with stakeholders.
