Job Description :


As the Infrastructure Head, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our organization's infrastructure to ensure it supports our strategic objectives and business operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include :

Strategic Planning and Management :

- Develop and execute comprehensive infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Manage physical facilities, technology systems, budgets, and resources efficiently.

Team Leadership and Collaboration :

- Lead and motivate a high-performing infrastructure team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of infrastructure initiatives with business objectives.

Security and Compliance :

- Implement and oversee security measures and protocols to protect infrastructure assets and data.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to infrastructure operations.

Vendor Management and Partnerships :

- Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to support infrastructure needs and initiatives.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity :

- Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Conduct regular testing and simulations to assess and improve preparedness.

Infrastructure Optimization and Innovation :

- Continuously assess and optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and efficiency.

- Identify and leverage emerging technologies and automation opportunities to enhance infrastructure operations and capabilities.

Reporting and Documentation :

- Generate regular reports and analysis on infrastructure performance, expenses, and key metrics.

- Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

- Proven track record with 14+ years of experience in infrastructure management, including leadership roles.

- Strong technical expertise in infrastructure components, cloud services (Azure preferred), security protocols, and compliance standards.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

- Budget management experience and financial acumen.

- Certifications such as Azure Certified Administrator, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
